DESCRIPTION
The initial consultation marks the beginning of your dog training journey. Our trainer will come to your home to talk about your training goals and review your dog’s training, medical, and behavioral history. We’ll also explore the service options that best meet your needs. Please be aware that the consultation may take longer than indicated, depending on the challenges you’re experiencing with your dog. **An Initial Consultation is required prior to any additional training services.
Cancellation Policy
We recognize that life can be unpredictable and plans can change. If you need to reschedule your initial consultation, please inform us as soon as possible. If you wish to cancel your initial consultation without rescheduling, we’re happy to issue a full refund as long as we receive at least 24 hours' notice. Unfortunately, cancellations made with less than 24 hours' notice will not be eligible for a refund.
